Bolton striker Eoin Doyle has been named FLW Fans’ League Two Player of the Month for March after winning an impressive 62% of the public vote.
The Trotters may have had a shaky start to the season but they’ve found form at the right time and are absolutely flying as we head toward the business end of the season.
Ian Evatt’s side continued their frightening recent run by going unbeaten last month and taking 16 points from a possible 18, pushing them up to fourth.
Their marksman has been key to that run and was too much to handle for opposition defences at times last month, with Doyle scoring four times and taking 13 shots.
His efforts have seen him named FLW Fans’ League One Player of the Month for March after receiving 62% of the fan vote.
Leyton Orient shot-stopper Lawrence Vigouroux received the second-highest share of the vote with 19%, followed by Stevenage midfielder Tom Pett with 14%.
Cambridge United wide man Jack Iredale (3%), Morecambe forward Carlos Mendes Gomes (2%), and Barrow defender Tom Davies (1%) also made the shortlist.
